Most real estate agents are trained to persuade home sellers not to try selling their house by themselves. While there are many reasons why this is not advisable, for those who are determined to try to save the brokerage fee and are willing to put forth the effort and don't have time constraints, then they have good reason to try FOR SALE BY OWNER for about 30 to 45 days.
Statistics do show that 94% of all real estate is sold by Realtors, but this doesn't mean you can't be successful in selling yourself. Rather than fight common sense and human nature for those who will try this, we recognize it would be much better to help you do it yourself. In turn, we would like to earn additional business for ourselves, from you, through referrals of those buyers that decide NOT to buy your house, or any friends, relatives, or co-workers that may sell or buy in the future.
